WALKING!!
After breaking my good ankle right bef0re the olympic trials I had surgery on my bad one. So I have been out for the count in a wheelchair for the last couple of weeks. I am happy to say that i am out of the wheelchair and have started walking once again. Now on to PT and soon training to get back on the horse. Cant wait to get on my bike again. Â... -
